Our Culture

Did you ever think that meaningful relationships could develop through convenience store interactions? They do, and it’s what drives us.

Day after day, the people of the Hill Country make us part of their routine. We open before the sun rises and brew the coffee. We have your mid-day snacks and we’re always here for beer-thirty. You depend on us and we’re proud to have this role in your life.

Your busy life means you're in and out of our stores pretty quickly, but even the smallest moments add up over time. Even the Guadalupe starts as a trickle.

We have the opportunity to start people’s morning right...and end it right...or pick it up in the middle of the day.
— Julie, Store Manager Mini Mart #13

It all arises out of our being a true family business. Our parents started this business back in the 70s. They taught us the ropes and now we’re continuing the tradition that they started. They taught us how to care for people and to be there for them through the routines of life. It extends from our team to our customers. We all take care of each other through good times and bad.

Welcome neighbor.

Hospitality is in Our Blood

Our founder and father, Junior Fritz, had the gift of hospitality. He always had an ice chest full of beer in the back of his pickup truck and was ready to pass one out to you. He loved leaning on the bed of the truck trading stories and sharing a cold one.

We share this value today.

Mini Mart stores are the expression of our desire to serve you through hospitality. Pass it on.

These are the things we value most.
